We are a 'whole of market' mortgage broker. Unlike a bank or building society we are not tied to any one lender or insurance company. This enables us to find the best rates from the market as a whole.

By entering information about your situation onto the computer including any preferences you might have, we can tailor a mortgage to suit your requirements. Our mortgage sourcing software analyses the costs incurred and sorts available mortgages according to least overall cost

If you don't have a solicitor, we can organize this for you.

Lenders for Expatriates

We are a whole of market broker which means we do not restrict where we can go.
We are constantly reviewing our lender database so we can offer you the best mortgage deals

Some lenders prefer to deal exclusively through authorized intermediaries, we are able to offer these mortgages to our clients. Additionally, we are able to offer 'exclusive' schemes which have been negotiated by large mortgage clearing houses.

Some lenders may not be available to us if they do not accept business from intermediaries

Some products may not be available through us if a lender chooses to restrict the availability of a particular product.

How do we operate

Because we do not visit our clients we are able to reduce our operating costs, such that we can operate at no fee to you. We are paid an introducer fee by the lender, this does not affect your mortgage offer at all. 

We are unable to provide this service if your loan is less than 200,000

Utilizing regularly updated software, we are able to source a comprehensive data bank of mortgage products.

We are aware of which lenders will lend to expatriates and in what circumstances
We may be able to assist with insurances if required.

Unlike most banks and building societies, we are not tied to a single insurer which means we can source the best value insurances to accompany your mortgage. 

How are you protected

You do not pay us any money at any time. Any cheques/payment you send will be payable to the lender concerned.

The mortgage contract will be between yourself and the lender

In the unlikely event that you have a complaint, then we will try to resolve this complaint internally. If we are unable to reach a solution, then you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service
